The Showcase Dinner, which is hosted by the San Antonio Restaurant Association, is the premier celebration of National Restaurant Month in San Antonio.

The chef, whose namesake Bonnell’s Fine Texas Cuisine consistently is rated by Zagat as one of the top restaurants in Texas, uses only the finest organic beef, wild game and Gulf seafood in his creative dishes.

Eight-seat tables range from $1,400 to $1,750, with the latter receiving preferred seating locations. Individual tickets are $175.
